We offer two types of shopping support:

    • Escorted Shopping – A member of our team accompanies clients on their shopping trip, providing transport, mobility assistance, and companionship. Staff can help with lifting items, pushing trolleys, reading labels, and ensuring purchases meet dietary or health needs. This option also gives clients the chance to enjoy an outing and stay connected with their community.
    • Unescorted Shopping – For clients who prefer to remain at home, our staff can complete the shopping on their behalf. Clients provide a shopping list, and staff ensure all items are purchased and delivered safely to their door, with help to unpack and store groceries if needed. Please note: depending on the client’s funding package or program guidelines, only unescorted shopping may be available.
